Gift-Replacement Life Insurance
(Important reminders)

CONSULT:
The desirability of establishing gift-replacement life insurance may depend on the size of the premiums that are required to pay for the policy. We can project the income you are likely to receive from your gift plan. Talk with your life insurance agent and your financial advisors to determine your cost of insurance.

DO:
Place the gift-replacement insurance in an irrevocable insurance trust, separate from your estate. If you retain ownership of the policy its value will be included in your taxable estate.
